The Old Post Office on Milk Street is a traditional family pub & hotel, serving an excellent menu throughout the day. Henry Tudor House is a restaurant and bar located in one of the most historic half-timbered buildings in Shrewsbury, believed to be the place where a beleaguered Henry Tudor sought refuge on his way to the Battle of Bosworth in 1485. In the ground floor bar, customers can try a selection of carefully chosen wines and beers. The first floor restaurant offers a range of dishes, including hearty stews, delicate souffles, creamy risottos and perfectly seared steaks.

The Armoury is a traditional pub restaurant in a delightful riverside location, next to the Welsh Bridge and just a short walk from many of the town's attractions. It offers a menu of fresh, British food as well as a selection of cask ales. The interior of the Armoury is warm and cosy, while massive bookcases add to the atmosphere and charm of the building. The Armoury has outdoor seating overlooking the river, which is perfect for the summer months.
