The Hive music and media centre in Belmont literally buzzes with the sound of jazz and folk Music. The Hive work with Shrewsbury Jazz Network to promote some of the best jazz events in Shropshire and the Borders, as well as Shropshire Roots who organise for some of the finest folk artists to play in Shrewsbury.

Henry Tudor House is an intimate venue tucked away down a side street at the top of Wyle Cop. They host musicians, bands as well as comedians. Look out for names on the line-up like Tom Baxter and Vonda Shepard alongside comedian Tiff Stevenson.
