Dine Around the World

Some of the best restaurants in Shrewsbury are helping to raise hundreds of pounds for an African charity by taking part in a unique dining event. Food-lovers across the county are invited to 'Dine Around the World' on Tuesday 20th October with Shrewsbury-based charity Self Help Africa.

This special dining experience will take guests to three restaurants - Number Four, CSONS and MoMo-No-Ki, where they'll be treated to French, Mexican and Asian dishes.

Steph Smith, from Self Help Africa, said "Guests will enjoy a global gastronomic adventure, taking in three fantastic restaurants and three corners of the world, in one unforgettable evening."

"We received great feedback from our first Dine Around the World event last year, with many guests eager to return for their 'second serving' this time around."

Tickets for the three-course Dine Around the World event are £25 per person. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Self Help Africa. Based in Shrewsbury, Self Help Africa is an international charity which works in ten African countries; their vision is of a rural Africa free from hunger and poverty. They support farmers to grow more food, increase their income from farming activities and become self-sufficient.

Tickets can be purchased online, or by calling Steph on 01743 277170.
