Inspector Banks author to visit Shrewsbury

Renowned author Peter Robsinson, creator of the Inspector Banks crime series that inspired the popular TV drama DCI Banks, will be visiting Shrewsbury on Friday 22nd July to sign copies of his latest book.

Mr Robinson will be at Pengwern Books, in Fish Street, as part of an official UK-wide tour to accompany the publication of his 23rd Inspector Banks novel ‘When the Music’s Over’.

The Churches Conservation Trust launches National Church Tourism week in Shrewsbury

Church Tourism week, a nationwide celebration of England’s historic churches will take place between, 22nd - 31st July 2016.
