Buildings and Culture

Dow Jones Architects was formed in 2000 and is one of Britain’s most gifted young practices.

They have designed a celebrated and wide-ranging body of work. Clients come from the private, public, and commercial sectors, including the GLA, Design for London and Tate Britain.

Dow Jones Architects have made work in sensitive sites in both the country and the city, including work to listed buildings, in Conservation Areas, and in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The work of the practice has been published in many architectural and mainstream publications around the world, and featured in several exhibitions.

Anyone who wishes to join SSA members and guests for supper at Carluccio's restaurant in the Square following the talks is very welcome to do so. It's a good opportunity to reflect on the content of the talk and have a chat with the speaker.

Admission is be £3 on the door, with students are free of charge.
