Festival of LGBT History

Back in Time 2 - part of Outing the Past, the National Festival of LGBT History

The second year of this highly successful festival plays host to nine popular presentations of LGBT history, uncovering hidden lives and previously untold stories of Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans contributions to life as we know it today.

The festival starts with a Launch event on Friday 17th February, with local dignitaries, keynote speakers an overview of the weekend and perhaps a little entertainment.

On Saturday, students from local schools and colleges will join the festival before a theatrical production and presentations.

There will also be an exhibition of LGBT ephemera, provoking personal recollections and questions.

Fringe events include an evening of entertainment, visual art and film

All details will be posted on their website as they are confirmed
